We try hard to be as fair as we can be about customer returns :
If your item is damaged or faulty in anyway and this is our fault then we will offer a full refund/ exchange including the cost of postage. Returns must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase.
Customers can return items that are bought in our on line shop to standard measurements as long as they have not been personalised in anyway. The customer will be liable for shipping costs however including orders over £65 where shipping to the customer was complimentary. We will refund the customer as long as the items have not been worn or washed, do not smell e.g of washing powder/ smoke and are sent back to us in their original packaging.
Returns must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase.
If we have personalised your order to exact order specifications then we can not accept returns other than if they are in some way faulty due to our error.
Personalised items include personalised tshirts.
We can also offer an exchange policy/ credit note – so should a customer not be 100% happy with their Dainty Dizzy order they can exchange it for another choice. We will happily offer an exchange/ credit note service within 14 days of customer receipt of the item. The customer will be responsible for the return postage of the item. We won’t ask any questions as long as we can see that the item has not been worn, torn or damaged in anyway and does not smell of e.g washing powder or perfume. If we see that it has been damaged post sale we will not be able to offer the exchange/ credit note.
Please ensure that you always check our measurement charts before you order any items from us so that you can be accurate with your order.
What do I do if I want to return my item(s)?
Please send your product(s) back to us with your invoice and we will refund/ exchange / issue a credit note. You will need to clearly let us know what you want to do – either with the returned item or by email – quoting your customer reference number.
